Welcome to Freedom Fires Ministries

For the past five years, David Bentley has traveled and ministered alongside of his son, Todd, to bring the healing, delivering, transformational power of God to the nations. While Todd has been busy bringing in his generation, the Lord spoke to David about the accountability of his own generation because God calls each generation to build on the foundation left by the previous one; they are in great need of each other to accomplish the work God has called the body of Christ as a whole, to do. The wisdom of reconciling and fusing the generations will bring healing to the nations and exalt the name of the Lord throughout the earth.

Stirring the hearts of the fatherless generation . . .

God has called David to stir the hearts of this fatherless generation to return or arise to that place of intimacy and a closer walk with the Lord so that they may be spiritual fathers and mothers for the next and further broken generations in the spirit of Elijah:

Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD and he shall turn the heart of the (spiritual) fathers to the (spiritual) children (or sons), and the heart of the (spiritual) children (or sons) to their (spiritual) fathers . . . (Malachi 4:5, 6).

David’s ministry vision (Freedom Fire) is a calling and urgency for his generation to rise up and declare the glory of God, God’s power to the next generation, His might to all who are to come (Psalm 71:18). It’s his heart to serve his own generation by the will of God (Acts 13:36) to accomplish this very purpose, for the fusing of generations and infusion of Holy Ghost power globally for the glory of the Kingdom, for this generation’s spiritual and natural sons and daughters to rise and take the ministry of the Lord to new levels!

Ministry Mission

His mission is to plant, to build, to establish, and to equip, this generation to rise up to itself and to the next generation. It is to restore what the enemy has plundered, to tear down barriers within differing generational mindsets, to destroy disunity, mistrust, and to fuse hearts together for one purpose, of one accord—as a mighty generation prepared to transform, save, heal, deliver, cleanse the lost, the sick, the prisoner, for the glory of the Kingdom and end-time purposes so that . . .

“One generation shall praise thy works to another, and shall declare thy mighty acts” (Psalm 145:4)

Dave and Todd are walking testimonies of how two generations can advance together, interacting with each other, converging with like hearts to see the Lord’s purpose accomplished.

Not only do they share the same physical DNA, but spiritual as well. David’s ‘voice’ is sharp in the face of the enemy, gentle in the presence of God’s people. A carrier of the Glory, he has ministered to and seen multitudes set free from the bondage of addiction, sickness, and disease. He’s been tested in the heat of battle, his armor dented and tarnished, with the power of God moving through him to see others set free and released in to what God has called them to do. He has been used by the Lord to lead hundreds to Jesus, is an anointed speaker, and will be a great blessing to your gathering, young or old, as the power of the Lord moves powerfully through him, lives forever wrecked and transformed by the power and mighty arm of the Lord.
